Savagely funny satire of racism in the US
"Genius" The Times

"There are few more enjoyable sights than watching liberal hypocrisy being given a good thrashing" The Guardian

"This firecracker of a play" Daily Telegraph

In 1959 the cosy white American suburb of Clybourne Park is disturbed by the arrival of the first black family to move into their neighbourhood. Fifty years later in 2009 the same property is for sale again, but now it is a white buyer threatening to disrupt the culture of a black suburb.

Bruce Norris's scorchingly funny and provocative tale of racial tension claimed for him the 2011 Pulitzer Prize and 2012 Tony Award for Best Play.
