Movement Workshop to celebrate Silver Sunday
As part of the UK Silver Sunday Celebrations, come and join
a gentle movement workshop for over 60’s that explores Contemporary Dance to
the sounds of the Hollywood Golden Age.
Through movement exercises you will find yourself improving strength,
coordination, balance, body awareness and flexibility. Dancing the steps
of the iconic Fred and Ginger will boost your
wellbeing!
