An IPA based on a classic recipe with Imperial malts, and a blend of Chinook, Simcoe and Pacific Jade hops. The refreshing twist comes from the addition of Coriander, Cardamom and Jasmine petals.

Fermented in oak single malt whisky barrels and further matured to give a complex full flavoured cider.
