QExtraQExtra: Work in Process Festival
Various AuthorsPutting the audience at the heart of the creative process
6 days of plays, performances, and workshops putting you, the audience, at the heart of the creative process.
The development of constructive criticism is crucial to the making of
all art – so this year we’re giving the actors and the audience the
reins. In a packed week of events, our workshops, and script-in-hand
performances will allow writers to grow from the fields of experience
that actors - and YOU the audience - furrow.
Each play will be presented differently, from the near-finished product
to a more open workshop approach. Culminating with the recording of a
brand-new audio play cast from audience members on the day of the
performance – Work in Process Festival reimagines the way we share and appreciate theatre at every stage of its development.
