Barre & Stretch is the perfect way to learn and improve your ballet dance technique, get a whole body workout, and have fun! All levels are welcome and you can join in as much or as little as you like. This class is designed for everyone, so you can improve at your own pace.
Classes are run by Michelle Spencer, a qualified dance teacher with over 15 years' experience specialising in a range of genres, from Ballet to Jazz and Musical Theatre to Tap.
