Curious about how Frantic Assembly makes its bold, physical, and emotionally charged theatre? This introductory workshop gives you a hands-on taste of the Frantic Method — a way of creating that starts simple and builds into something powerful.
You’ll explore how movement can carry meaning, learn to trust your body as a creative tool, and work with others to devise original material from the ground up. Expect a mix of playful physical exploration, honest collaboration, and moments of real discovery.
