The Questors Theatre, Ealing’s only theatre, needs a new
roof for the Studio and rehearsal rooms.
We’ve got a dazzling line up of stand-up comedians taking to
the stage to raise a laugh and help us raise the cash to raise our roof!
Every ticket for our comedy festival includes a £10 roof
levy that goes directly to replacing our roof and ensuring the future of our
theatre.

Desiree Burch
Desiree Burch is a comedian, writer, actor, theatre-maker, and NY-to-London transplant. Desiree has quickly and firmly established herself as one of the break-out comic stars in the UK. She is the host and voice of Netflix’s smash reality hit Too Hot To Handle, star of Taskmaster Series 12, and has hosted Live At The Apollo (BBC 2).
Desiree Burch exploded onto the UK comedy scene, winning the 2015 Funny Women Award. Since then, she has appeared on Live at the Apollo (BBC), Have I Got News For You (BBC), Qi (BBC), 8 Out of 10 Cats (Channel 4), Mock The Week (BBC2), Insert Name Here (BBC2), Frankie Boyle’s New World Order (BBC2), and co-hosted Netflix series Flinch.
Marcel Lucont
Marcel Lucont is without question the greatest UK-based French comedian around.
This multi-award-deserving flâneur, raconteur and bon-viveur is currently touring the world, charming women and insulting the stupid. His deadpan stand-up, world-class sex poetry and bawdy chansons have been a huge hit all over Europe, Australasia and America and he has improved many a TV show along the way, including Set List (Sky Atlantic), Comedy Central At The Comedy Store, The John Bishop Show (BBC1), Russell Howard's Good News (BBC3).

Shappi Khorsandi
Shappi Khorsandi is a comedian, author, speaker and advocate for human rights.
Shappi established herself as one of the UK’s finest comedians with her sell-out Edinburgh show, Asylum Speaker. Despite the basis for the show being her experiences as a child refugee fleeing Iran and terrorists attempting to murder her father, Shappi’s sensitive yet witty exploration of these events created an instant comedy smash hit.
Shappi’s career has taken her to all corners of the globe. She has appeared on countless TV & Radio shows, including: Live at the Apollo, Michael McIntyre’s Comedy Roadshow, I’m a Celebrity: Get Me Out of Here, Mock The Week, 8 Out Of 10 Cats, MasterChef, Have I Got News For You, QI, Pointless Celebrities, Question Time and Just a Minute, as well as her own show, Shappi Talk.
John Tothill
John Tothill is an English stand-up comedian and actor. He was nominated for Best Show at the Edinburgh Comedy Awards in 2025. In 2025, he joined the cast of Channel 4 comedy series It Gets Worse. TV appearances include 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown and Comedy Central Live.
